Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. This policy explains what personal data Domain Hotlists collects, why, and what choices you have.
The short version
Domain Hotlists is an advisory site. We do not sell your data, we do not run a contact form or account system, and we load no analytics or advertising scripts unless you accept them on the cookie banner. If you email us, we hold that email so we can reply.
What we collect
When you email us
If you write to [email protected] (or another address on this site), we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond to and manage your enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This site stores a small cookie or local-storage value to remember your cookie-consent choice. Any analytics are loaded only after you accept them on the banner; if you choose essential-only, no analytics load. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a limited period and are not used to build profiles of you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not run a web form that stores submissions in a database.
- We do not track you across other websites.
Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, then delete it in line with normal business record-keeping. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Third parties
We use reputable hosting and email providers to run this site and communicate with you. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above. Questions about privacy? Email [email protected]. See also our Terms and Cookie Policy.
